Develop long term overseas agents in worldwide basis.
Develop FOB nominated orders.
Keen focus on results, performance, accountability and continuous improvement.

**Requirements:
A proven track record in NVOCC field and agency working experience.
Strong planning, organization and communication skills
Proven negotiation skills.
University Degree or equivalent.
Good command in both written and oral English, CET-6 or above
Pro-active and independent.
